MacMall is an authorized online reseller of Apple products. They buy Apple products in bulk, which allows them to sell them at a volume discount. MacMall is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PCM, Inc.

According to SITE JABBER, MacMall has a consumer rating of 2.06 stars from 52 reviews indicating that most consumers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. MacMall also ranks 10th among Tablets sites. The most common issues with MacMall are around customer service, which is not as good as expected by some customers.

"I worked at MacMall full-time for less than a year Cons: This is really a dollar farm, they try to get away with paying you as little as possible as a means to try and get you to sell more, while also trying to reduce how much you can make in commission as a means to try and help the corporate bottom line. This company does not care about its employees and will fire you if you don't perform well."

"I ordered an Apple Watch series 5 with cellular on 50% of and I contacted them and gave my email they said they will cancel the order and give me a refund because they don’t ship to Australia and they never sent an email the payment was processed and no email or tracking"

"I am still waiting for the information for a return battery for my laptop that I needed to work remotely. My order was in March and now we’ll past the time frame for a refund. I had sent multiple emails with my phone number and other contact information and heard one time in two weeks that they will charge a 15% return fee?!. And I still don’t have the return information. This was before everyone was on shut down. No response from the website. No response from the call center. And I paid to have it rushed almost $30?! Never again. And I will make sure to let everyone know about this extremely frustrating experience"

"Placed an order November 27, 2019. Never got an email confirmation despite payment being taken from my account. No answer when I phone in, no reply to two different emails. At this point I feel like I have bern ripped off. I will be contacting my payment provider to file a fraud claim."

"Terrible, first time i tried and will be last time. My company purchased Adobe Acrobat Reader retail copy, 9 days later, i check status and it still says "PROCESSING". So i emailed them to just cancel it, checked 48hrs later, and still "PROCESSING", as if they still havnt checked email yet So i called them twice during their business hours and hit #2 for Customer Service, after 9-10 rings it goes to a busy tone."

"just BAD!!! they will charge you 15% if you return an item!!! I got a cable from them, they said because it's now consider an open item, can't be sold as new anymore.... really?? I understand if the cable were packaged , but it was not!!!! just a clear cheap plastic bag, not even taped closed!!!!! this place is a joke, please stay away now they are going to wait after 14days before sending me the return item email, THEN I CANT RETURN IT ANYMORE!!!"

"They will not ship to my business address which happens to be a UPS Store box. I get shipments from 10-15 different places all the time and MacMall PCMall is the only company with this ridiculous policy. It is a business address!!! MacMall is the worst in the business and I am not sure how they have survived the years."

"I am very happy with the purchase, but have had two issues: - Unit stopped working after a week; Mac Mall immediatelty replaced it with another unit, and sent it to me. - On this new unit, Windows was not activated. This issue remains unresolved. If they resolve this issue and provide a valid activation number, I will raise my score to five stars."
